The above pic was taken back when pooping my pants was socially acceptable. Then some years passed and I wasn't supposed to any more. Then more years passed and my body really wanted to start doing it again. Then it just kinda tried to kill itself from the inside out. Spoiler, I survived. Lost 40 pounds, an organ, and all athleticism. But I got a blog out of it! That's breaking even for a millennial I guess. I hope this site can educate and entertain those struggling with digestive issues, and looking to learn about cooking and nutrition. Turns out food and lifestyle affect your health - who knew?!?
