Peanut butter squares are gods gift to snacking and dessert if you have a digestive issue like IBD, celiac, Crohn’s, colitis, whatever.
They are stupid easy to make, and function as an excellent snack or dessert. These peanut butter squares were the first thing I leaned to make on the SCD (Specific Carbohydrate Diet). I altered the recipe a bit, and thus transformed them into James’ World Famous Peanut Butter Squares!
James' World Famous Peanut Butter SquaresPrint This
- 1 jar peanut butter (~16 oz)
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- butter or other grease for pan
- cinnamon (optional)
- nutmeg (optional)
- sea salt (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients excluding salt in a bowl. Spread the mix into a greased 9″x13″ baking pan. Top with sea salt in a flamboyant manner. Bake it about 25min. Eat some fine ass peanut butter squares!
Baking is magic so your bake time may vary a bit from mine depending on your oven, peanut butter brand, altitude, zodiac sign, etc.
