Peanut butter squares are gods gift to snacking and dessert if you have a digestive issue like IBD, celiac, Crohn’s, colitis, whatever.
They are stupid easy to make, and function as an excellent snack or dessert. These peanut butter squares were the first thing I leaned to make on the SCD (Specific Carbohydrate Diet). I altered the recipe a bit, and thus transformed them into James’ World Famous Peanut Butter Squares!
